It seems like I accidentally stumbled upon a bug on Twitter, where to write a report about the problem? And how to arrange it correctly?

The Twitter site has a feedback page . If you select the section "Photos" , then a form with a bunch of fields will open. To be honest, I have never written to Twitter support and will not tell you how to properly file a bug. But it definitely needs to be done in English.
