TV set-top box for the elderly?

Modern products are designed for a generation that has not let tablets and phones out of their hands since birth.
It is very difficult for an elderly person (70+) with impaired vision, hearing, and motor skills to master modern technology.
The old technologies that our parents used are dying out, and they cannot use the new ones because of the insurmountable threshold of complexity for them.
Now the purchase of any equipment for parents / grandparents is an almost unsolvable task.
If "babushkophones" have already appeared on the market with large buttons and loud sound, then there is no other technology adapted to consumers 70+.
Now there is a need to buyTV set-top box, such that you can pre-configure and make it as simple as an old tube TV with a toggle switch and a click meter for channels. Is there something similar in nature?
