Tutorial or lecture on how everything works on the server?

Advise a good tutorial or, if available, a video lecture, where on the fingers, but explain in detail about how the network and server work.
The following topics are of interest:
1. The order of connecting devices to the network, the choice of protocol and the differences between them.
2. Receiving and transmitting data over the network.
3. Data processing on the server, threads, processes, event loop.
4. Blocking operations, the order and methods of their processing, etc.
There are many different video materials, advise something of high quality. It is possible in English.
