Tutorial on cuBLAS (c++)?

To my great surprise, it was not so easy to find information on cuBLAS on the Internet (or rather, there is information, but there is no textbook). Everything that could be found is devoted exclusively to Fortran, but I feel the need for C. Maybe someone met a tutorial or guide?
PS By the way, can anyone tell me how to implement element-wise multiplication of two one-dimensional arrays on cuBLAS?
