Turning the minijack in the phone jack activates Android voice control. How to decide?

When I listen to music, the phone is in my pocket, in certain positions of the minijack, voice recognition is turned on, the music stops, the voice is not recognized, the music turns on. It's terribly annoying. Can this be solved by replacing the socket, android settings, or is it in the firmware?
I tried different headphones, there is no headset.
Phone Highscreen Omega Prime Mini.
