Tunnel from server to server?

I ordered a cheap server on Hetzner, for only 30 euros a top-end processor, 32GB of RAM, 1Gbit channel, but there is no anti-ddos (on used servers), and I ordered an VDS for 300 rubles, with a 1Gbps port which has its own anti-ddos, and I want to let all traffic through it. The delay will be minimal, ping from server to server is only 5ms. I need a tunnel that will proxy all ports and game servers. Can you give me some good tutorials?

@Zarom

5ms is a pretty big loss for a game server.
The priorities would be to set up ddos protection on a rented piece of iron.
And it’s better suited, as they wrote to you - a GRE tunnel, or IP-IP, as the simplest and most productive.
On the VPS, set up static nat to forward all traffic 1 to 1 to your dedicated server. Manual, for example, here

finally, don't forget to restrict access to Dedik by external ip. Only admin access should remain
