Trouble with Denver?

The essence of the problem is this, I am writing a website and using the local Denwer server. Styles and Scripts that I insert on the site are applied with a delay and this is not a couple of minutes, but can be applied for hours.
In simple words, all scripts and styles of css files are applied with a delay, what to do about it?
