Trouble when moving a site to another host?

We want to transfer the site to another hosting in order to make changes on it and see how they behave. Tried to transfer using a link to a backup copy on the original hosting. But it throws an error.

I downloaded the backup copy to the local computer and specified the path to the backup copy on the local computer. But again it gives an error

When opened on a local computer, it gives an error like this

. What could be the problem & Yt that format or a broken backup? And give me some advice on how to move

Create a new backup with the integrity check box selected. Make sure that the url that you pass to restore.php really exists and does not return 404. If, nevertheless, the script cannot download the archives for some reason, then you can download them for yourself, upload them to the root of the site (where restore.php is ), select the option that the archive is uploaded to the root of the site, specify the archive and then follow the prompts.
