Trouble syncing podcasts from iTunes to iPhone?
Firstly, understanding the issue, he cursed iTunes three times for the fact that he cannot synchronize with the phone without copying all the podcasts from it to his library. For some reason, the program is “more important” than the phone, and everything that is in the device should be in it. And if you decide to delete extra gigabytes of podcasts from your computer, they will be erased from your phone. Horror ... Everything is further aggravated by the fact that all these records are stored on the computer in two places, in the library (\iTunes\iTunes Media\Podcasts folder) and in device backups (\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup folder). In general, it's okay with this, you can live, although it's just tryndets.
The problem is the following. If I delete the episode I listened to from my phone, it is automatically restored from iTunes. That is, listened, come to the computer and delete the record from iTunes and from the iPhone. Or only from the first and synchronize.
Some advise to set the option "only new podcasts" then the recordings will not be restored. Yes, they won’t, but at the same time, all listened to records that I would like to have with me will be deleted from the phone.
It turns out that the best option is not to synchronize the phone with the computer at all.
Has anyone found a better way out of this situation?

I made it a rule to create a list of content in iTunes. I store the files that are needed regularly in the iFiles program.
