Trouble running RoR app?

Installed RoR on CentOS 6.5 (Passenger+nginx+Postgresql) according to instructions .
Decided to install ComfortableMexicanSofa. I registered the treasured gems 'comfortable_mexican_sofa', '~> 1.11.0' in the Gemfile.
Migrated data to the database (PostgreSql), rebooted nginx. The page opens, but for some reason css and js are not loaded.

When I try to open CSS or JS from source I get the following pastebin.com/xcB4qPQY i.e. 404 error.
Where, what should be corrected?
