Trouble running console commands on the server?

Hello. The project has a console controller that is used to create search indexes for Zend Lucene. The console works on the local machine, indexes are written to the runtime folder, but nothing happens about launching on the server, the command is just executed, no errors, no logs are created in the console / runtime folder, the server logs are also clean. Even the ./yii command does not work, just an empty console. But the same php composer.phar update works. If anyone has experienced this, I'd be grateful for your help.
