Trouble installing vidstream.py?

I reinstalled C++, rummaged through environment variables - nothing helped.
Well, based on the error report, the problem occurs in the module pyaduio:
ERROR: Failed building wheel for pyaudio

The problem is in one of the library files. If you don't need audio broadcasting, just download the source code of this library from the github https://github.com/NeuralNine/vidstream and pull everything except audio.py
I figured it out the only way, because I didn't need the sound.
