Trouble installing MODX on OpenServer?

I'm trying to install MODX on a local server. I go to the site.ru/setup address, select the Russian language (ru), after which the following error is displayed.

Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/ru) is not within the allowed path(s): (u:/openserver/domains;u:/openserver/userdata/temp;u:/openserver/modules/system/html/openserver;u:/openserver/ modules/php/PHP-7.1-x64) in U:\OpenServer\domains\modx.local\setup\controllers\language.php on line 12

When installing on hosting, this error does not occur. What is the problem?
