try to put the packages on which he swears separately. The last screen says that the "mariadb-common" package is virtual, and it looks like it is included in the mysql-common package

Everyone, and especially, Thank you! The problem is solved, the nail was in the "extra" repositories, well, or if you change it - the rep priorities. It is enough to clean out everything superfluous.
