Trojan beacon and strange path in AppInit_DLLS. How to remove?

I suspected a Beacon Trojan, which affects the browser (Browsers stopped opening sites referring to "no response from server". By the way, opera opened everything well). I went into the registry in [\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows and there is a file AppInit_DLLs. By default, its value can be empty, and if not empty, then it is probably a virus. In these cases, they say to delete this value, remember the path, and then delete the virus file along this path. But I have the path "C:\PROGRA~2\SupTab\SEARCH~2.DLL" in the AppInit_DLLs value. Even after deleting this value, I do not know where to delete the virus file next. Tell me not to make a mess)
