What is possible?
When saving and transferring to Photoshop, an error about an unknown or incorrect JPEG marker appears.
If you save this file as a .png (saved with Fast Stone Viewer), the transparency is preserved.

Просто подменили расширение, а по сути это PNG.

jpg - не может быть прозрачным , этим свойством обладает только(!) Gif и PNG ...
