Transparent adding banners to pages through a proxy

An interesting task appeared, a client (from Hong Kong) wanted to make an interesting advertisement, place free wifi points and automatically add his own banner to all pages opened by the user.
I see this scheme something like this, I transparently wrap all traffic from port 80 with a firewall to some kind of proxy server, for example squid. And already some plugin in squid adds a banner to the pages.
I'm actually looking for such a plugin, or a proxy that can do this, or an access point in which this has already been implemented.

As a proxy, I would advise you to look in the direction of privoxy , the necessary functionality is already implemented there.

Look at ready-made solutions if they fit into the budget. They have a very interesting way of working. If you're interested, we can talk about it.
