For some reason, I always thought that translations give less rating than original articles.
Did it bug me or something? Habra-announcements shoveled everything - I did not find anything on this topic ...

It's easy enough to check - find 2 topics that have not yet expired, and of which one is translated and the other is not (preferably from the same hub!), Upvote and see how the ratings of their authors change.
