Translation of programming courses, subtitles?

Few courses from foreign sites are translated into Russian. I decided to watch them in the original, but noticed that almost no video has subtitles. And without them, I still can not perceive speech.
I decided to try to upload to youtube, but found that Google turned off automatic subtitles.
Can you recommend a good program to automatically create subtitles?

Of course, you are sorry for the banal answer is not the topic, but LEARN THE LANGUAGE .
Technical English can be brought up to the level of understanding in six months or a year.
The bulk of quality content will never be translated .
Not to mention resources like stackoverflow and others.
PS And read books. Learning programming from video is a perversion.

There are none.
In general, the basic vocabulary and just watching the screencast are often enough - what is not clear from the speech, you will understand from the picture and vice versa.

Write what courses you watch, maybe I'll tell you where to get subtitles.
but in general, programs for creating auto subtitles are paid and quite expensive, on Azura, so as not to lie, about $ 30 per hour of video.

Youtube generates subtitles automatically! I did it for English (I indicated it explicitly in the properties of the video) You just need to wait up to half an hour (maybe faster). And when viewing on YouTube, the SS button will appear :)
