Shop on Wordpress Woo, for language versions I use the WPML plugin with the Woo addon.
Essence of the question: when I add a product, the plugin offers to translate it, but I need products not to be duplicated, so that all language versions show products from the original version of the language, that is, for example, I add a product in English, and I don’t want to translate it into Chinese and other languages. It is necessary that the language versions are different, and the goods are the same for all versions. How to display products in all language versions?

In my opinion WP is difficult. 90% of programmers lack the mind to do something worthy there.
Woo - even harder. 99% won't do anything.
WPML is another very large system.
You have connected 3 super complex systems into 1. The probability is extremely small that in the Russian Federation there will be at least 1 programmer who can assemble something living out of these 3 mega complex figovins.
I would remove WPML. Left only WP + Woo. And turned on the network mode. And multilingualism would be done in this mode. Then you can sink products. The task remains not simple, but at least solvable. Well, 1 out of 10 programmers will more or less be able to solve it.
