I am looking for N (or NPN) transistors with the following characteristics:
1.
- maximum drain-source current >= 10A
- maximum drain-source voltage >= 20V
- Full open (saturation) voltage <= 12V
(should be fully opened from the vehicle battery)

2 -
Maximum Drain-Source current >= required to open the first transistor
- Maximum Drain-Source voltage >= 16V
- Fully open (saturation) voltage <= 4.5 V
(should be fully opened by arduino) I'm doing

Bring a diagram. Probably - something in the conservatory is not right. For example - IRF530 is connected by a source follower.
