Transferring raid1 to another controller?

Good afternoon.
Server 2008 r2 on hp 380 g8, raid 1, I want to transfer to Helios Intel S3000, chose LSI.
Archived to usb hard drive, connected usb hard drive to s3000, picked up the driver - sees raid1. I start the recovery and get the error "There are no discs for system recovery".
If you change the raid to 0, then the backup will be restored successfully. but at startup it goes into startup recovery.
I clean raid, I leave ahci - it is successfully restored.
Total question: where does the error occur and how to transfer it to raid1?

Successful transfers are extremely difficult to achieve. I would roll the system state of the donor onto an already created raid with installed controller firewood.
