Transferring Keychain passwords from MacOS to iOS?

I'll start with a prehistory: once I bought the Coda 2 application on the developers' site, I used it and am very pleased with it. But recently I bought an iPad, and decided to use the mobile version of Diet Coda, but unfortunately I found out that site synchronization only works if you buy Coda in the MacAppStore (iCloud, be it wrong ...). The application is not cheap, buying $75 again through the MacAppStore is not an option, I decided to take a workaround - I just manually copied the site settings from the desktop application to the mobile one, the format turned out to be the same. But problem! Passwords for sites are not stored there in the settings, passwords are stored in Keychain.
I didn’t find the Keychain password synchronization function in iTunes, maybe there is still some way, if not to synchronize them, then at least just copy the passwords I need from MacOS to iOS, so as not to enter them one by one, I have a lot of sites ...
