Transferring kde neon design?

I set up my desktop on os linux kde neon and I want to use the cubic ubuntu image program to create my own distribution kit with my own design and programs
I really didn’t find any information on how to transfer the theme, the location of widgets, etc. I
saw user settings just config and local but it’s not clear that you need to take it from /home/username and there hidden files in the settings and copy them if they are like in cubic go to the user directory in home it’s clear cd /home and how in users if he is still not created

/etc/skel
Various folders and files are stored there, which are usually used when creating a new user.
