Transferring Excel spreadsheet calculations to the site?

There is a rather complicated (there really are a lot of parameters and dependencies) dynamic table for calculating the cost of services, made in Excel.
The task is to place a calculator from it on the site.
What technologies would be best to apply with such an introductory / in which direction to dig?
Are there any convenient tools specifically for working with such tables on the server?..

1. Front
2. Back
On the front it will be 99% JavaScript, on the back, the back is even written.
Well, when implementing, we forget the word "excel table", you do not need to transfer the logic of the table, but derive the calculation formula and already use it.
