Transferring a WP site from a local server to a virtual one, how?

Hey! I made a site on Open Server, then I created hosting on beget, transferred the site to hosting using the Duplicator plugin, but the question is, the WP admin panel was transferred, but how to transfer the site itself without admin panels? Go to the folder with OpenServer sites, find the theme in wp content and save it as a zip file?
And then? Please, step by step, explain.

There is no abstract admin panel and site
There is a site in which the admin + layout + database, everything that you have in the project (count in the directory with the whole site) and transfer the database through import / export
