Transferring a user profile to another computer, to win10, how?

There are 2 computers on which different users work, and you need to transfer one profile to another computer in addition to the existing one (both should remain fully functional). The only problem is that both computers have windows 10, and there is simply no means of transferring a profile from windows 7.
How can you check the transfer?

You can use the Transwiz utility to transfer your profile , supports Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8 and Windows 10
