Transferring a site from Ucoz - how powerful a server is needed?

Hello! With great suffering, we are migrating the site from Ucoz to Invision Community. There was an acute question of choosing a server that would pull up to 800-1000 people online, up to 300 thousand pages per day at peak loads and up to 30 thousand unique visitors per day. The site is a file archive with modifications for games, so you also need unlimited (highly desirable) traffic, a fast SSD for db and at least a couple of TB for storage. Which way to look with such requests, what cost to focus on and what resources to count on? Do I understand correctly that only a dedicated server is suitable for such tasks, or are there other options? The database now weighs about 8 gigabytes.

up to 300 thousand pages per day
apparently it means per day...
estimated:
300k / 18 active hours = 16,666 requests (approximately 17k),
17k / (60h * 60min) = 5 rps,
that is, there will actually be about 5-7 requests per second at the peak, Well, maybe 15 in particularly hard spades.
An average hosting with a normal engine (Yii, Lara, Symphony) and not a crooked implementation will easily pull it off. Craft with ukoz I have no idea how it will work.
Perhaps a good solution would be to separate hosting and storage, for example, give storage to Amazon.

It will be cheaper to transfer to a dedicated server with a good processor and disks in Raid-10. As a last resort, two pairs in Raid-1.
If you look at the location of the Russian Federation, such a car will cost from 8-9 thousand rubles.
