Traffic Shaper for small office LAN?

Good afternoon.
Small network. 2Mb CIR Internet from Beeline (Sovintel).
The central router, it is also a firewall, it is also mail and a server with a samba ball is assembled on Linux Ubuntu 10.04.
Recently, the width of the Internet channel has become insufficient.
What would you recommend as a traffic shaper?
Are there any ready-made solutions for prioritizing traffic - for example, http low, skype - high.
Preferably with a web interface. Used iftop myself, but this console solution is not suitable for other co-workers.
Thank you.
