Traffic analyzer/parser for Ubuntu?

Some time ago I used a program for traffic analysis. The program highlights links, images, etc. The server part works, and the interface is through a browser. Please help me find it, I can't remember the name.

Squid seems to be able to do everything described and has a web interface.
