Touch monoblock or nettop plus monitor?

In general, the authorities wanted a touch monitor / monoblock for wall mounting and subsequent interaction with RDP. Hence the question - are there any solutions for use in enterprises (specifically, a large hardware store). Diagonal from 21 inches. Option 1 - monoblock, option 2 - monitor + nettop (I tend to it more, but there are problems with double fastening).
