Touch keyboard settings in windows 8?

I use it on a classic (without touchscreen) computer with windows 8 touch keyboard installed, poking the on-screen keyboard buttons with the mouse. This touchkey has some settings, in particular, described in this article - goodogy.16mb.com/windows/windows-8/5424-adjusting-...
But it turned out that due to the fact that I do not have a touch device , the settings of this keyboard are not displayed for me. I would like to know if there is any solution to steer these settings on my computer, for example, make Windows think that I have a touch device or, in extreme cases, twist the keys in the registry.
