Tornado accesses a Chinese site

In general, in the console, a tornado message appears
WARNING:tornado.access:404 GET www.qq.com/ (60.173.14.88) 0.89ms

There are no mentions in the sorts, but periodically the message pops up.
External influence is excluded, because the tornado is raised on the LAN and listens to port 8000.

Maybe someone came across such a message?

UPD. I looked into the logs on the server of the same application and found a similar message
WARNING:tornado.access:404 GET /w00tw00t.at.ISC.SANS.DFind:) (23.23.95.16) 1.45ms
The server is already looking at the world.

This is the access log. This is not a tornado addressing somewhere, but a tornado from somewhere

QQ is by chance not a Chinese national social network? It looks like some kind of bookmark or Trojan. Try to reinstall it from a trusted source.
