Tor or proxy?

Is a proxy or tor better suited for parsing a site (one child mail.ru)? What rarely requires entering captcha?
If proxies, then not expensive (< 200 rubles / month)

There are not so many TOR servers (compared to proxies), almost all of them are already blacklisted
, in addition, onion routing has an unstable final IP, there is a high probability of losing authorization
Proxy is the best option, and parsing can be parallelized to increase efficiency

There are tens of thousands of free http , socks4 , socks5

Instead of looking for free proxies (which are very slow and all banned) or buying paid ones, in most cases it is enough to use proxies through TOR, they are not banned on different resources as often as one might expect.
Proxy through TOR nodes

According to my observations - do not care. What is a dynamic white IP, what is free, what is paid expensive proxies, what is through TOR - everything is about the same, and stupidly depends on the frequency of requests per unit of time from the IP used at the moment. If there are few/rare requests, there will be no captcha. If there is a lot/often, the captcha will pop up anyway.
