Top best online IDE for PHP?

I am looking for an online IDE (with an Android program) for developing applications in PHP/MySQL/Javascript.
Requirements:
- syntax highlighting
- dynamic autocomplete (standard + custom classes and functions);
- without any abstruse manipulations for compilation;
- work both in the browser (online) and the ability to download the application on Android;
- with a personal account (for the ability to work with code from different devices or computers through a browser)
- free
PS tried dcoder, could not find file synchronization through an account to work on different devices

c9.io, though for development (and not picking with a stick), I would recommend forgetting about the online ide.
Check out PhpStorm, there is no better IDE for php yet.
