Tool for easy analysis of tabular data?
There are:
Sources of tabular data - database, Excel, tables in web pages ...
You need to:
- Obtain data samples from these sources (with filters and periodically at specified intervals or on a schedule)
- Based on these samples, build graphs, reports and other tables that the same can be used for other samples.
- Hanging notifications for various events such as the output of the values of a chart beyond a given range or a sharp change in data, for example, by more than 10% ...
- Charts should be built by indicating the columns that should be projected onto the coordinate axes.
- Creation of dashboards to monitor charts and reports in real time.
Is there such a thing in nature?

Last week we did the same on the basis of MS Reporting Service 2008 (the one that comes with MS SQL Server).
There were problems with the data source based on Excel, but then we got around the limitations. I don't think you'll even meet them.
