Tmux, script, start clock in one of the panels?

I wrote a script that starts tmux with 5 panels of the required size.
The four panels are processed as scheduled by the script.
How to start the clock in the fifth panel?
Ctrl + b + t - starts the clock in tmux, how should it look in the script?
