Tired legs at the computer. What to do?

When I sit at the computer, my legs get tired. They write that this requires a footrest.
If so, which one is better to choose so as not to throw away money in vain?
Even in the net I saw a kind of "hammock for legs" www.flyfoots.ru - is it a good thing or another scam?
In general, share your experience, how does one solve this problem?

We need to understand the cause, and not try to solve the consequence. Jogging / walking regularly, moderately + exercises every day. and no supports are needed, because the cause will be eliminated (even if you could not determine it). Amosov ran around in the apartment, did exercises for 1000 exercises.

Usually this happens because the leg muscles are tense. It does not depend on the stands or the chair you are sitting on, it is just a habit. You don't notice it.
What to do? Only physical education. Don't sit for a long time. Do a warm-up every 30 minutes. Try to force yourself to do yoga - it helps a lot. Something like this.

Author, I have such a hammock. I don't know how I lived without him. I am a freelancer (marketer). The legs really rest... Moreover, their price is from 790 rubles... Don't even think about it.

in order to make your legs less tired - raise them during work.
The hammock looks beautiful, but it's better to substitute something from below and put your feet on it
. At my previous job, all non-working system units went into use - like a stand.
Ivkol wrote everything correctly.
I would also add - regularly break away from the computer, do exercises, stretch your legs.
