How to disable header formatting in TinyMCE so that italics, bold text, links, and so on cannot be applied to them. The title must be a title. I guess valid_child_elements should have handled this, but this setting has been deprecated since version 3.3b1

But what if you set up filters that clean html? And at the time of cleaning, clean the headers from garbage :) more precisely from the fact that you do not need them.
