Time is lost in windows 11, what to do?

Hello. The problem is this.
biostar motherboard. Time gets lost in windows (despite the fact that I reinstalled 20 times).
Time can either rush for a few minutes, hours are completely random, it can also lag behind. Time goes astray in real mode and when the PC is turned off, respectively.
In the BIOS, the time is ALWAYS and ABSOLUTELY correct.
Tell me how to solve the problem?
Very important. Windows is the same as on a laptop. Licensed! Everything works fine on the laptop.
Before you write that the problem is in the battery, read the description of the problem carefully! Time is correct in bios

Find the HPET (High Precision Event Timer) setting in the BIOS and if it is enabled, then try turning it off (and vice versa). I can't guarantee it will help, but it makes sense to try.
