TIC gone crazy?

Something strange is going on with the TIC on one of my sites. For almost a day jumps 90-110.
yandex.ru/cycounter?en-i.ru
I go in, press F5 and Yandex tells me that TIC=110. I wait 2 seconds, refresh the page, it's already 90. And so on to infinity, then 90, then 110.
Is it like that for everyone, or is it just me?
I cleared the cache, tried from another computer, from other browsers. The result is the same. With what it can be connected?

TIC as a means of determining the authority of resources is designed to ensure the relevance of the location of resources in the headings of the Yandex catalog. TCI is not a purely quantitative characteristic, so we show some rounded values that help you navigate the "significance" ("authority") of resources in each area (topic).

I observe a similar situation, for myself I decided to write everything off for a large number of Yandex servers - somewhere the information might not have been updated yet. Look at the value in the webmaster, it doesn't seem to jump there.

In general, since the 29th, the TIC update has been going on, if anything =)
The first days when updating it always sausages, do not pay attention.

Absolutely the same situation, floats from 50 to 60 every two or three page reloads.

Titz often jumps after AP. This continues up to 4 days after AP. Then everything settles down.
