Thunderbird address book with contacts from Kerio?

Slowly I've been trying for 2 weeks to set up an address book in TB 60.3.1 for searching in LDAP on Kerio. Does not work. I suspect that because of Kerio SSL embedded on the side.
For older versions, there was a solution like "Run Thunderbird with environment variable "NSS_SSL_CBC_RANDOM_IV=0".".
Maybe someone had a similar experience? How did you decide? If configured, please show your settings.
According to the instructions from the developer himself, nothing comes out.
