Hello!
Throw a link to install winodws server 2012 and exchange 2013 on a virtual machine?
I saw it somewhere, but I can't find it :(
And yes, is it necessary to install exchange on the 2nd server? Or can I do everything on 1? What are the pitfalls?

Not necessarily, all services can be deployed within the same machine.
If you do not have a large organization and do not need high availability and replication, then no pitfalls.
