Through whom to apply for an exempt domain?

Good day. :)
I've been eyeing the vacant domain for a long time (it's been vacated for the last few years due to non-payment, people's projects don't work on it), I want to buy it at cost. The question is - does it make sense to leave an application with the same registrar (Gino) where he is now or can be with any other (I prefer regra), will this not affect the position of my application in the queue?

Did something similar recently. I even wrote two articles on the topic: how the market works and how to improve the chances of success , as well as personal experience of such an interception .
In short, here are the main points:

  1. You need to go and apply to full-fledged domain registrars (not resellers) or special aggregators (for example: expired.ru)
  2. To increase your chances, you need to apply to several registrars. Again, you can go to the aggregator of such applications.
  3. Some registrars have a better chance of interception success than others. This is objectively related to quotas for registration requests. It is better to start with the largest registrars: REG.RU, RU-CENTER, R01.
  4. Your application for a vacant domain is public and may provoke other participants. Therefore, it is probably better to submit many applications at once.

registrars usually have auctions and the domain goes there for a year,
and you can’t leave any application for one that hasn’t been released yet,
this is a service in the “burn out / won’t burn out”
style, so Gino, if they don’t reschedule
