You have native WordPress custom fields in the screenshot, not ACF.
To use ACF, you need (after installing the plugin):
1) In the Vorpdess admin menu, find the Field Groups item
2) Create a new field group
3) Add the required number of acf fields of different types in the group
4) In the group settings, specify where these fields will be displayed (by post type, specific page, etc.)
