Third party app security?

I noticed that after the release (build) of the application, 2 antiviruses write that the application contains viruses. The application is third-party, not posted on Google Play. Do you still need to turn to antiviruses, or can there be problems in the code? It's very strange that this happened.

It is worth removing one of the antiviruses, since 2 antiviruses will find viruses in each other. But delete these files listed above.
