There was an error 0x80070780, how to fix it?

I wrote a program in C# and made an installation package. It installed on my computer and works great. Then I saved it to Dropbox and tried to install it on another computer, but it got "error 0x80070780 This file cannot be accessed from the system." Is it possible to fix this in the installer? Or what can be done?

Enable the msi installer log ( as ) and see which file is not being accessed.

How did you do it?
What's in the errors?
I would generally recommend WixToolset
