There was a startup and not - but the company remained in Delaware, what to do?
The two of us founded a startup almost a year ago. The investor decided to invest in us, began to form a corporation in Delaware, distributed the shares, and then, when everything was formalized, he refused financing.
The company and everything that was written + the domain remained. What can be done with it so that it recaptures the money spent on its design?

Closing, re-registration is not cheaper than opening a new one. A dummy is worth nothing, all the more it can create hemorrhoids for new owners.
You can sell only a clean company with turnover. And even then, checking the legal purity in such a matter is not a simple and not a cheap matter.

Please name the full name (Company) of the investor, so that others do not step on such a rake. Actually, this is called a complete scam.
And offer your company on the site: http://professionali.ru/ , I think there will be a response.

Sell. Shelf companies are often in demand.
