WebMoney wallet is authorized, but Yandex is not.

The exchange between Ya.Dengami and Webmoney is officially allowed - you only need to have verified accounts. Why not try?
Try to withdraw Webmoney to a bank card - pay the Masterhost account through it.

Either a triple exchange - through VK or RBC, or through unofficial exchange exchanges like cash2wm - or look for a counter request for an exchange (someone needs a VM, but there is only a poison), or give your own.
