There is no sound in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 when opening a file in which there is sound, what could be the matter?

There is an mp4 file recorded by OBS Studio, but when you open it in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017, nothing is heard. Media Player Classic plays it correctly and with sound.

There is a problem with the codec, try running the file through a freemake video converter and putting it back into prime pro. Installing a newer and wider codec pack can also help.
